Raised in Covina, California, in a family of entrepreneurs who understood the quiet power of the land, Judy learned early that property is never just property. It is legacy. Her father tended watercress farms across Ventura County, Northern California, and Mexico, a legacy spanning more than 70 years and three generations. Her mother was a gifted homemaker, someone who found meaning and beauty in the craft of creating a home. From the very beginning, Judy was shaped by the intersection of the land, intentional living, and the long game.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, and for 11 years she worked as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in investment sales across California and nationwide. Multifamily properties. Shopping centers. Net-leased assets. She spent more than a decade inside the world of investors who think in decades, not days, and that perspective never left her.
Today, Judy and her family are property owners themselves, holding commercial and residential real estate assets alongside the farmland her family has tended for generations. When she sits across the table from a buyer, a seller, or an investor, she is not simply offering professional guidance. She is speaking from lived experience, as someone who understands what it means to own, to steward, and to build something that lasts.
When the world shifted in 2020 and her commercial escrows fell away, Judy made a deliberate and courageous choice. She turned toward residential real estate, and brought everything with her. Now 14 years licensed in California and recognized as one of Zillow's top producing agents with more than $350 million in closings spanning both the residential and commercial space, Judy serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Los Angeles County and Orange County.
